"My dad had his gas cut off on Monday night due to a leak. Tuesday morning my sister was tasked with finding a plumber to give an estimate, but to her surprise every one she called said they didn’t service Red River county until she reached Tulsa’s plumbing. Matt was on his way to another job but found the time to stop by and look at my dads gas lines, Matt saw that the situation was dire due to my dad being 85 and my 81 year old Aunt's small house being attached to the same gas. He immediately told me what needed to be done, how long it would take, as he also needed to install a new hot water heater, and gave the estimate.
He started the next morning ( Wednesday) he was very diligent in explaining every step as he noticed my dad was watching. He worked until he got the gas line in then Atmos checked the lines and the gas was turned back on. Thursday Matt and his wife returned to install the hot water heater, at which time he also brought a blue flame heater for dad’s living room because he worried about my dad’s other heater putting out carbon monoxide, Matt gave the heater to my dad out of the goodness of his heart, he didn’t have to do that but he cares about his customers and their safety.
Matt makes sure that everything is done right and that the customer is happy before he leaves.

"Tusa Plumbing was chosen by my home warranty company to replace my broken hot water heater. Matthew arrived the next day and performed a diagnostic check and determined the water heater had to be replaced.
My home warranty company ordered a new water heater and shortly after Tusa was notified that the water heater had been delivered. When Matthew arrived at the distributor, he was told the water heater was mistakenly delivered to the wrong location. After Tusa was notified a second time the water heater had arrived, again, it was at the wrong location. Matthew then drove over 100 miles out of his way to pick up the water heater at the wrong location. During transport the water heater received some damage. Matthew then tried to have the distributor replace the damaged water with no success so he purchased another water heater out of his own pocket in order to complete the job.
Matthew found himself in a difficult situation and took it upon himself to do whatever was necessary to complete the job and restore my hot water. Also, the workmanship on the job was excellent.
I would highly recommend Tusa for any plumbing work you may have. They do great work and will do whatever it takes to get the job done."
"Ok, first I am picky about plumbing services because my ex was a plumber and treated people like family. With that said, I was so impressed with Matt with how he discussed charges with me based on what he might have to do. It is a holiday weekend so I expected an additional charge but because of my husband needing dialysis the septic tank had to be cleared. He showed me the issue and verified everything was working correctly.
I will call him in the future and I recommend you make him your next plumber."
